National Three Peaks Challenge
With a history going back over forty years, the Three Peaks Challenge is a mountain endurance challenge in which the participants set out to climb the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. One of JPA’s top installation fitter/driver teams took part this year and successfully negotiated all three peaks at the expense of a few blisters. So it is congratulations to Martin, David, Darren, Brian and Andy who ran in aid of Crohn’s and Colitis UK Charity.

St Albans Half Marathon
Founded in 1982 by a local businessman who wanted to raise money for a Hospital scanner following the death of his Mother The first race was called the Mini Marathon and attracted 1300 runners all running for Charity - since then the Half Marathon has firmly established itself as an annual event and attracts over 5000 runners each year This year 2011 Matthew and Martin from JPA Operations took part and successfully crossed over the finish line - congratulations to them and their support of Crohn’s and Colitis UK Charity.
Race for Life
In July there was the ‘Race for Life’ five kilometre run in aid of Cancer Research and Clare and Jazmine from “JPA Customer Services took part and crossed the finishing line in aid of this Charity. 'This is in addition to their continued effort in raising money for Cancer Charities including teddy bear raffles.
